GUI Management Centre's research has a breakthrough in unlocking age-old secrets of Tian Yu Jing, Heaven Jade Classic, reputedly written by Tang dynasty Feng Shui grandmaster Yang Yun Sung in AD 990.

  • The research into Tian Yu Jing is part of a massive project translating the ancient Mandarin texts of Feng Shui and astrology into English and evaluations of their meanings. This research examines the historical contexts and also the scientific geography and astronomy.

  • Note well: To understand the potent secrets of Tian Yu Jing , it is useful to understand [1] the Form Luan Tou Feng Shui based on texts like Han Lung Jing and [2] the corrected Zi Wei Dou Shu astrology.

For hundreds of years many had tried unsuccessfully to penetrate the ancient texs of Feng Shui and astrology.
Prophetic Return of Guo Po to Unravel Secrets

According to traditions, Yang Yun Sung, imperial astronomer and geographer, wondered if he should write down what he knew of Feng Shui and astrology. His wife warned against it as these were forbidden imperial secrets and their family could be arrested and executed for revealing the imperial secrets. The imperial secrets could fall into the wrong hands which might use them to overthrow the throne. Yang Yun Sung was determined to write down the secrets as he feared the principles could be lost if he did not.

  • Alas, how was Yang Yun Sung to realise that future practitioners will find it hard to penetrate what he wrote! Perhaps sensing this, Yang Yun Sung hinted in Qing Nang Aow Yi :

    • QNAY 3.87, 3.88: By understanding these mysterious pages is like Gou Po appearing once again.

That is, "one day a Guo Po will rise again" to unravel the meanings of the difficult texts

The significance of this incidence is not really grasped by modern practitioners. The incidence shows that Yang Yun Sung was writing down secrets of Feng Shui and astrology capable of making kings! But where are such kingship concepts in modern Feng Shui and astrology, which are rather ordinary?

Yang Yun Sung was also indicating that the kingship secrets are so complicated and advance that in a few hundred years only one or two persons will be able to understand! The awesome kingship Feng Shui and astrology are just not for every Tom, Dick and Harry.

Yang Yun Sung
His writings are about high level kingship, not the ordinary Feng Shui practised today.

Difficulty Mystery of Tian Yu Jing

Tian Yu Jing is one of the five books compiled in Di Li Bian Zhen (Earth Patterns Corrections Study) commented upon by Ming Feng Shui grandmaster Jiang Da Hong in AD 1644. Di Li Bian Zhen received various differing comments, including in the Kang Hsi version and from Tan Yang Wu, well known Xuan Kong Fei Xing renege master who turned to Liu Fa in 1927 and after.

GUI Management Centre's research also referred to the Kang Hsi's version which contains one extra chapter, the Outer Chapter, which is not found in Jiang Da Hong's and Tan Yang Wu's versions.

  • Inner Passing Upper Chapter
    Inner Passing Middle Chapter
    Inner Passing Lower Chapter
    Outer Chapter

Tian Yu Jing is considered to be a most difficult ancient Feng Shui text to understand. The major Xuan Kong schools claiming Tian Yu Jing as a source text include Xuan Kong Fei Xing (Flying Stars), Liu Fa (Six Methods), Xuan Kong Da Gua (64 Hexagrams). Pa Chai (8 Mansions) and Yang Gong Feng Shui also claim to be based on it. Their diverse views reflect the difficulties of understanding not only Tian Yu Jing but also other like texts.

When Jiang Da Hong made his comments in Di Li Bian Zhen many did not accept his views and even accused him of purposefully distorting the text.

There should have been no conflicts among the Feng Shui and astrology schools. The existing conflicts only show that there are widespread misunderstanding of and hence inability to understand the ancient texts.

It is critical for the site to have a South frontage. All Feng Shui teaching facings away from South are nonsense!

Significance of South Frontage

Initial penetration of the secrets of Tian Yu Jing was made possible through thorough comparisons with the Yang Yun Sung's texts of Han Lung Jing and Yi Lung Jing . Both Han Lung Jing and Yi Lung Jing show that the auspicious site must conform to the guidelines of the Four Heraldic Beasts of Green Dragon, Red Phoenix, White Tiger and Black Warrior and must have a South frontage.

The initial half of Tian Yu Jing is in harmony with Han Lung Jing and Yi Lung Jing in conforming to the guidelines of the Four Heraldic Beasts, where the site must have an auspicious South frontage. If Feng Shui and astrology have universal relevance, such a consistent feature of a South frontage among the ancient texts is logical.

The mandatory auspicious South frontage guideline is one most obvious aspect where many current Xuan Kong schools have deviated from Tian Yu Jing and Yang Yun Sung.

  • Xuan Kong Fei Xing is incorrect to create flights of the stars based on the differing physical directions of the entrance. As the frontage must face South, the other so-called auspicious directions are dubious.

The Fei Xing's mistake is also found in Xuan Kong Da Gua which also uses differing directions of entrances.

Liu Fa's calculations of the site of the Jin Lung is independent of the entrance. However, Liu Fa also makes a serious mistake in advising creating new openings for entrances according to the changing locations of the Jin Lung. What Liu Fa does not realise is that Tian Yu Jing shows that the physical location of the Jin Lung is always fixed at the South frontage.

Many versions of Pa Chai wrongly insist that a person must stay in a house with an entrance harmonious with his or her Gua. The exception is the version of Pa Chai Feng Shui which teaches that the distribution of the East and West chambers is independent of the entrance.

The site must not only have a South frontage, but the water flow always exits vis the South to the East. Almost all the several current water methods are in errors as they create water exists other than through the South frontage.

Almost all current Xuan Kong schools have serious misunderstandings of the meanings of Zheng Shen and Ling Shen as expounded in Tian Yu Jing . For, in Tian Yu Jing , the Ling Shen is always at the South frontage! What a mess the Xuan Kong schools have about the South frontage, which is a consistent feature in the ancient texts!

The Zheng Shen and Ling Shen are the basis of the "Mountain and Water stars" which have been messed up in current Xuan Kong schools.

We have created a special course to teach what are the meanings of the varying Guas mentioned in Tian Yu Jing and Du Tian Bao Chou Jing.

Tian Yu Jing is about the interactions of landform with an astrology like Zi Wei Dou Shu!.

Crucial Role of Zi Wei Dou Shu

A key breakthrough in understanding of Tian Yu Jing (especially the Guas ) was the realisation that the later half of Tian Yu Jing is based on Zi Wei Dou Shu. Without a proper understanding of Zi Wei Dou Shu it is difficult to penetrate the secrets of Tian Yu Jing. Tian Yu Jing has a number of significant references to principles of Zi Wei Dou Shu.

  • GUI Management Centre has found out how the popular Ba Zi Eight Characters divination originated from a small inferior section of Zi Wei Dou Shu . The Ba Zi Eight Characters divination was established on imperial design to prevent people from accessing Zi Wei Dou Shu.

The Zi Wei Dou Shu aspects highlighted in the Tian Yu Jing also show that the current Zi Wei Dou Shu is a much watered down methodology.

The interactions between the physical site and Time is the basis of the highly misunderstood concept of the "San Pan Guas."

  • Properly understood and applied, the "San Pan Guas" concept in Tian Yu Jing is capable of identifying and creating kingship! How far short current Feng Shui approaches are.

The texts of Di Li Bian Zhen were written for kings!

One lost high level secret is that the Outer Chapter of Tian Yu Jing shows how Form Luan Tou Feng Shui principles can be used to counter problems created in Zi Wei Dou Shu astrology, and vice versa. This is using the principle of "The dragon is helpless in the kingdom of snakes."

Quest for Kingship
Modern Feng Shui and astrology have lost the secrets of kingship.

Loss of Kingship Secrets

The author has realised that there is a serious need for a comprehensive course to present again the original true Xuan Kong Feng Shui. Tian Yu Jing not only expounds Xuan Kong Feng Shui but has pertinent hints about kingship.

However, practitioners will find it hard to understand Tian Yu Jing , unless they understand [1] the Form Luan Tou Feng Shui based on texts like Han Lung Jing and [2] the corrected Zi Wei Dou Shu astrology.

  • Current Zi Wei Dou Shu suffers from a number of falsifications made by the emperor. These need to be cleaned up.

    • A thief entered the imperial library,
      The emperor commanded a forgery.

Datings in current Chinese astrology and Feng Shui are also in error, as they have not corrected for the precession of the equinoxes and for deviations from actual planetary movements. Our courses present proper date corrections.

    • The Chinese mission arrived one day too early to wish happy birthday to the Mongolian emperor. But, the Mongolian emperor found that his birthday was on the wrong date. He had his astronomers-astrologers executed.

Down the ages, the talented and valiant seek to become kings. But who can open the seals to the scrolls of kingship?

Insights into the Kingship Secrets

Our special course on Xuan Kong Feng Shui can be taught only to those who have undertaken our advance courses on [1] Form Luan Tou Feng Shui and 2] the corrected Zi Wei Dou Shu astrology.

  • One famous Taiwan Mao Shan master took pity on his many students who could not hope to penetrate the innermost secrets. So, he taught these enough to earn a living by conducting funeral services or roadside fortune telling.

"People are fortunate if they can handle silver, but only a few will possess gold."
